Drumheller

So one of my best friends and I headed down to the dinosaur capital for a day trip. Weather turned out to be windy and rainy but we made the best of it. We went to Horsethief Canyon and hiked around the canyon for about 45 minutes. The clay was sticking to our shoes and made some places extremely slippery but the views were amazing.

We also tried to go to the Royal Tyrrel Museum but it took us almost an hour to go 2km to get to the parking lot and the line to go in was so long we decided not to go. Bad idea to go on a long weekend lol.

Next we ended up a horseshoe canyon. We took the hard way down into and pretty much slid on our butts. We then realized on the far side of the canyon there was stairs we had fun anyways.

We did manage to get into see some fossils and some robot Dino’s.
