Skookumchuck Narrows

This was a beautiful hike through the forest all the way to the narrows. The first part of the trail is quite wide but narrows after it branches off to go to the 2 lookout sections. This place is famous for kayakers. Unfortunately when I went it was high tide so I didn’t get to see the narrows rapids in full force but it’s very fast moving water through that section. There’s a beautiful fresh water lake you pass by and the for is lush and green. The hike was pretty easy and about 8km in total there are outhouses about halfway down the trail.
